.11.Artist Statement.

Feisty Ink is a combination of art and fashion. As a printmaker, painter, creator of Artist’s Books and whatever else I can think of, my work is politically inspired. My work discusses a variety of topics, including: gender, sexuality in private life as well as a profession, race, class, the environment and the impact of humans and governments on our disappearing natural world.

Feisty Ink Designs is a clothing line  which consists of unique handmade clothing for both women and men. The majority of these pieces are reconstructed from plain recycled T-shirts. All of the images and design and the cut of the piece is original work by Feisty Ink. A mixture of color, wood block and linoleum prints, silk screen prints, decorative sewing and painting make these clothes an art piece as well as a fashion statement.
